दिल्ली में हुए बवाल पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस ने लगाईं ने जबरदस्त फटकार
दिल्ली में चल रहे बवाल के बीच अब दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस को जमकर फटकार लगाईं है और कहा है कि दिल्ली में एक और 1984 नही होंने देंगे. कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस कमिशनर से कहा हैकि भड़काऊ वीडियो देखते ही उन पर FIR दर्ज हो, दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि हम अभी भी 1984 के पीड़ितों के मुआवजे के मामलों से निपट रहे हैं, ऐसा दोबारा नहीं होना चाहिए, वहीँ दिल्ली हिंसा पर हाई कोर्ट की सख्त टिप्पणी पर केंद्र सरकार के वकील सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने बताया कि डीसीपी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए हैं, एक कांस्टेबल की जान भी जा चुकी है. पुलिस अधिकारी के सिर में चोट लगी है और वह वेंटिलेटर पर है.
भड़काऊ बयानबाजी पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिल्ली पुलिस से कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में तो हाईकोर्ट के किसी निर्देश की जरूरत होनी ही नहीं चाहिए. अगर कोई भड़काऊ भाषण दे रहा है तो उसके खिलाफ तो पुलिस को स्वतः ही कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए थी. लिहाजा पुलिस यह बताए कि अब तक क्या कार्रवाई हुई है और यह बताने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को कोर्ट में मौजूद रहना होगा.
यहाँ आपको ये भी बता दें कि हिंसा में खबर लिखे जाने तक 22 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. वहीँ एक आईबी के अधिकारी के भी प्रदर्शनकारियों द्वारा मारे जाने की खबर सामने आ रही हैं. दिल्ली आईबी अधिकारी की मौत पर हाई कोर्ट ने चिंता व्यक्त की और कहा कि यह बहुत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है. कोर्ट ने राज्य और केंद्र सरकार के उच्चतम अधिकारियों को व्यक्तिगत रूप से पीड़ितों और उनके परिवारों से मिलने के लिए कहा है.
