Wednesday's explosion in a reactor at a pharmaceutical firm in Telangana's Sangareddy district left four people dead and over ten injured, according to authorities. The explosion, which happened at 5:00 p.m., started a fire.
People nearby were flung from the pharmaceutical company's reactor when it erupted. Four persons have passed away thus far.Ten to fifteen persons were hurt. They are receiving treatment at a hospital after being moved there, a senior police official informed PTI. The official stated that relief efforts were in progress.
