Ind vs Pak: Aircraft with ‘Release Imran Khan’ banner circles stadium during the match in New York

India vs. Pakistan was a highly anticipated game that took place on Sunday at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. The toss was delayed by 30 minutes because of rain, and the game started 45 minutes later than planned. These were the first glitches in the game. After Pakistan won the toss to start the much awaited encounter between the bitter rivals, Team India narrowly prevailed in the contest. Many spectators at the stadium spotted a jet flying over the Nassau County Stadium while the thrilling game score captured their attention.

The crowd saw a plane flying overhead bearing the slogan "Release Imran Khan" during the pivotal cricket match between India and Pakistan. As a former cricket player and captain of the Pakistan National team, the former prime minister of Pakistan was the target of a banner calling for his release. The aircraft was spotted during the second rain break, according to ANI. On social networking site X, the news agency also posted a video of the same thing on their account. Many users of the microblogging site have now reposted the video online, including the political group Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), whose previous head was Khan.

Witnesses of the akin incident

People have seen the poster calling for Khan's release on previous occasions. Khan and his spouse Bushra have been incarcerated since August of last year due to many charges brought against him. Among these felonies are charges related to un-Islamic marriage, cipher cases, and involvement in the corruption case in Toshakhana.
