Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act have also been introduced.  G.Parmeshwara, the home minister for Karnataka, stated that the suspect arrived by bus route number 26.

Top updates on the Rameshwaram Cafe explosion in Bengaluru are as follows:

According to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the suspect entered the bus wearing a mask and a cap, set the timer, and then detonated it. Yesterday, the home minister and deputy CM paid a visit to the location. Today, I'll visit the hospital and the location as well. I'm not sure if this is an organization's product or not. A thorough investigation is in progress. The BJP shouldn't get involved in this political game. The explosions in Bengaluru and Mangalore are unrelated. The explosion is still being looked into. He stated that following the findings, appropriate action will be taken.

The suspect looks to have arrived at the cafe by a public bus, according to remarks made by Karnataka Home Minister Dr. G Parameshwara on Saturday morning. He stated that in search of tangible proof, the police are going through CCTV video. We have formed multiple groups. We have some CCTV footage that we have gathered. That was the route taken by a BMTC bus at the time of the explosion. It is known to us that he arrived via bus. He declared, "As soon as possible, we will arrest the accused."

According to G Parameshwara, the blast was set off using a timer. Our teams are performing admirably. The FSL crew is working on the explosion, and a timer was utilized. At 1:00 pm, we have a meeting. According to him, CM Siddaramaiah will preside over the meeting between top police officers and the explosion.

To investigate the explosion, the Karnataka government has constituted eight committees. On Friday, Deputy Chief Minister Shivakumar reported that a man had a little bag at the Rameshwaram cafe. An hour later, the bag detonated. It was an explosion at a modest intensity. A young person arrived and took a tiny bag, which burst an hour later. Ten or so persons were hurt. 7-8 teams have been assembled to look into the event. We are examining everything. He continued, 'I ask every Bangalorean not to worry.

I was outside the cafe, a security guard who saw the explosion informed ANI. The motel was full of patrons. Abruptly, a loud noise was heard, and a fire started, injuring guests within the hotel.

The man carried a bag that contained an IED. A one-hour timer was included. The bag, according to an officer, was behind a woman who was seated with six other patrons.

It exploded at 1:00 PM. It took place in the Rameshwaram Cafe. A young man, who looked to be in his 28s or 30s, entered the cafe, paid for the Rava Idli at the counter, put the bag next to a tree, and walked out. According to Shivakumar, the blast happened an hour later.

On Friday, a team from NIA went to the blast site. Pralhad Joshi, a union minister, called for an NIA probe into the explosion. We vehemently denounce this explosion, and the state government ought to urge that the NIA look into it. According to him, the Congress supports and encourages radicalization, which is why these instances are taking place.

Joshi further linked the explosion to radicalization in the state run by the Congress. The Karnataka assembly's purportedly pro-Pakistan slogans were also mentioned by him. This event might not have happened if the state's Congress government had treated the Vidhana Soudha pro-Pakistan sloganeering incident seriously. The state administration responded to the Vidhana Soudha tragedy in a "silly" manner, treating the entire incident with a "casual reaction." According to him, radicalization rises in response to appeasement politics and eventually turns into terrorism.

The police are following multiple leads, according to the commissioner of Bengaluru police on Saturday. The investigation into the event at the Rameshwaram cafe is ongoing. Numerous groups are working on various leads that have been found thus far. He wrote on X, "The media is urged not to engage in conjecture and to cooperate, given the sensitivity of the case and the security concerns."
