Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, has joined the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad for a postgraduate MBA programme. The 26-year-old shared her excitement on Instagram with a series of photos from the IIM-A campus, expressing her joy: "Dreams do come true !!!!!! The next 2 years... with the best people & faculty! Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP) Class of 2026.” While the post received a flood of congratulatory messages, some online reactions were skeptical, as it is uncommon for a celebrity kid to pursue education at an Indian institute. Navya, daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Technology and UX Design from Fordham University in the USA.
In a previous interview with Hindustan Times, she shared her focus on business, saying, "I also come from a business family too. So, I was very clear that I don’t want to join acting and do this. At the end of college, I realized that this is what I wanted to do."
